Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as **Shipped** for a full refund. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as our items are made-to-order and likely already in transit.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed if the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or if there is a long-standing delay in delivery. Please notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order with photographs of any issues.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree and will usually reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
