Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund as our items are made-to-order.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed if the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or if there is a long-standing delay in delivery. Please notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order with photographs of any issues.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree and will usually reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
